It's Working, It's Working!!!

What a surprise when snow started to come down last week while watering the straw bales.  My fingers were SO COLD!!

I decided to take my meat thermometer down to the garden to see if the temperature of the bales was elevated.

Heck Yeah!!!!

I read about it, but I was skeptical that the bales would begin to cook in just a matter of 7 days.  Three more days and I'm free to plant.
