The Good:
Nobody has more enthusiasm for the farm than Cecilia. She loves everything about it. The kitties, the dirt, her miniature horse, Willow, the rides in the Ranger and the freedom to drop her pants and potty anywhere OUTSIDE the border of my garden. In the city, I control what she eats. At the farm she only eats popsicles. Because she is self-parented at the farm, you will also see that she fills the "ugly" category of this post.
The Bad:
While he LOVES the freedom to use the entire farm as his bathroom, I've personally seen him "spray" off-limit items...the cats, the goats and his sister Maya. Levi is old enough now (4) that what bad behavior we used to dismiss as "cute" has moved into the naughty category. He's sassy, mouthy, sharp as a tack and takes his own revenge. Stay on his good side.
The Ugly:
Yep. Same girl. I'd like to say that was an unusually dirty day, but this is just how she looks at the farm. The first thing she does when she arrives is to pick up every cat she can catch and present the it to me by name and proclaim, "This one is my favorite!!" Her next project, if we haven't had rain, is to turn on the hose to make her own mud hole. Enough said.
